What is Energy Healing?
A person’s natural energy flow tends to go towards optimal health and wellbeing. An Energy Healing Session
An energy healing session will typically have three main components to it. The first is the awareness stage. This is where you will talk to the practitioner and they will perform an evaluation in order to determine what issues are being addressed. The second is the release stage which is the hands on energy healing stage using one or more of a variety of techniques. This is normally conducted with the client lying down on a therapy table, fully clothed. The third is the integration phase where the client will be grounded and the healing is integrated into their life. Further energy work will be done and the guidance received during the session will be shared.
