Date Ball Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 cups (200g) pitted dates
Instructions
- Place 1 cup of coconut and the dates into a blender or food processor and process on high speed for 3-4 minutes.
- When completely processed, roll teaspoon sized balls in remaining coconut.
- Serve and enjoy!
