Firstly I'd like to say thanks for your patience in calling me today and finally reaching me, it was most appreciated.
I would like to say how great it was to talk to you again after the first 12 months of my subscription, usually that person has moved on and you're left dealing with a new person. You obviously do well at what you do and enjoy it, otherwise you wouldn't be there, so just wanted you to know, it was great to talk to the same contact again!
