Ingredients
Serves for 1 person
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Dairy free option
- 1 handful of almonds
- 1 cup water
- pinch seasalt
Instructions
- Blend altogether until smooth
- Add the almond milk or dairy milk (whichever you choose) to your blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in order. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
